Putting on moisturizer

Applying moisturizer before you apply foundation helps to prevent dryness and redness. Wait for a minute to settle down the moisturizer and then you can move on to the next step.

Step 3:

Applying foundation primer:

Dab small dots of primer onto your face and then blend the rimer evenly over your entire face with your fingertips until your skin feels even. And then wait for a minute before applying foundation over your primer.

Step 4:

Choosing the right foundation:

Choosing the right foundation shade for your skin tone is not an easy task. Remember these things while shopping for a foundation in a store. The main rule while choosing the right foundation shade is: the shade will disappear onto your skin. It won’t settle on your face forming into fine lines or it won’t highlight large pores.Definitely foundation is one of the makeup which you should always try and buy. At the store you can also take the help of makeup artists to pick out the perfect shade for your skin tone, or else you can test it by yourself. To test out the perfect shade, apply a stroke of foundation you had selected on your jawline or on a cheek, now see if the shade disappears on your face or not. If it disappears then it is the perfect match for your skin tone.

Step 5:
The right tool to apply foundation:

The tool you use to apply foundation onto your face is the most important aspect to get a flawless finish. The brush you choose to apply foundation has a major effect on the coverage.

For lighter coverage:

You can use a stippling brush to get a light coverage. Take small amount of foundation onto our palm and swirl the brush in the cream. Now swirl the brush in circular motion all over your face and neck.

For medium coverage:

You can use a buffing brush to get a medium coverage. Swirl the brush in the foundation which you had taken onto your palm and swirl the brush all over you face and neck in a circular motion.

For full coverage:

You can use a flat top brush for a full coverage. This brush gives the best coverage. The flat surface of the brush make it easy to blonde the foundation right into the skin.

Step 6:
Concealer after foundation:

After the application of foundation wait for a minute and then choose a concealer that matches skin tone and then apply concealer in a dot pattern under your eyes and at the edges of your nose and mouth in order to counter the darkness. Concealer is thicker than foundation so remember less is more. Now gently blend the concealer by patting with your fingers or you can also use flat concealer brush. Pat the brush against your skin to spread then concealer evenly.

Step 7:

Finally apply the powder:

To set the concealer over your face apply loose powder. Apply powder with a fluffy brush to sweep powder over the concealer. This step really helps to move one step forward to even out skin tone.

Step 8:
Finish up your makeup with blush:

“Blush gives your face a rich and complete pop of color”. It helps your face look more fabulous and look alive. Choose the blush that suits your complexion and apply blush along your cheek bones.
