HAIR SPA AT HOME WITH NATURAL INGREDIENTS

METHOD 1

Ingredients you need:

  • ·        1 ripe banana
  • ·        1 cup of avocado pulp
  • ·        Honey
  • ·        Curry leaves
  • ·        Olive oil

Peel a ripe banana and add a tablespoon of honey and olive oil. Take a handful of curry leaves and along with all other ingredients mentioned above put it in a blender and make a smooth paste. Now apply this mixture all over your scalp and hair. Let the mixture sit on your scalp for 1 hour and then rinse it off with warm water using your regular shampoo.

Use this method at least thrice in a month for best results. It helps to hydrate your hair and prevents hair fall.

METHOD 2

Ingredients you need:

  • ·        Fenugreek seeds
  • ·        Amla powder
  • ·        Shikakai powder
  • ·        Aloe Vera pulp
  • ·        Egg white

Soak handful of fenugreek seeds in water for an overnight. Next day morning blend the fenugreeks to a smooth paste. To this paste add 2 spoons of Amla powder, 2 spoons Shikakai powder, half cup of aloe Vera sap and one egg white. Mix all the ingredients well or blend them together to form a fine smooth paste. Now apply this mixture on your entire scalp and hair and wait for one and half hour. Then wash your hair with warm water using a mild shampoo.

This particular treatment controls hair fall and boosts hair growth. It naturally conditions your hair and provides nourishment, it also helps your hair from dryness.

 

METHOD 3

Ingredients you need:

Olive oil

Half Cup of beetroot juice(without diluting)

Ripe banana

 Egg white

Coconut milk

Take few spoons of olive oil and heat the oil until it is warm to touch. Now with the help of your fingertips massage the oil into your hair strands concentrating more on your scalp. Now take half cup of beetroot juice without diluting with water, one egg white, and one peeled off ripe banana and half cup of coconut milk. Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth paste and then apply this mixture on your entire scalp and hair. Let the mixture sit on your scalp for at least 30 minutes and then rinse off with your regular shampoo.

Do this process at least once in a week to get a shiny, bouncy hair. This will refresh and replenish your scalp.
