HOW TO USE CURRY LEAVES FOR HAIR GROWTH




Without curry leaves most of the Indian dishes are incomplete. They add aroma and taste to the dishes. Indians use curry leaves in most of their dishes, which is the reason why they are called ‘curry leaves’. They do contain many health benefits. Beside health benefits, they are also very good for your hair. The amino acids and antioxidants which are present in curry leaves are very essential to prevent hair fall. Now we shall see how to use curry leaves for hair care.

METHOD 1:

Take one handful of curry leaves into a bowl. Add some coconut oil to the curry leaves and boil them on a low flame. After few minutes you can observe a black residue is forming. Turn off the flame once the black residue is formed and keep it aside to cool down. Now apply the black residue all over your scalp and hair. Wear a shower cap and wait for 1 hour. Then wash out your hair with your regular shampoo. Do this process at least once in a week for 2 months to prevent the greying of hair and also stimulates hair growth.

METHOD 2:

Take some curry leaves and blend them to make a smooth paste and mix half cup of yogurt to the paste and mix well. Now apply this mixture on your hair and massage for few minutes with your fingertips. Leave the mixture to sit on your scalp for 30minutes and then rinse off with your regular shampoo. Once in a week apply this mixture. It helps to increase your hair growth and also add shine to your hair.

METHOD3:

Take one handful of curry leaves and fenugreek seeds and soak them in water, (separately) for an overnight. Next day morning grind them together to make a fine smooth paste. Now apply this mixture on your scalp and hair & leave it on for about 1 hour. Then wash your hair with warm water followed by shampoo. Continue to do this process once in a week for 2 months to see the best results. It makes your hair grow faster and prevents from premature hair greying.
