Too much oil in your hair is not healthy and can be stressful. The oil glands that are connected to the roots of your hair secretes the oil that provides the shine to the hair and keeps it healthy. Unluckily for some people, their scalp produces more oil than what is needed, causing oily hair. Using proper shampoo will help you to lower the oil secreted by the oil glands. 3)   Chickpea is rich in natural proteins that will nourish your hair and help to remove the excess oil in your hair, so look for a chickpea based shampoo.

4)   Find shampoos that contain Henna, Shikakai, Brahmi in it. These ingredients effectively removes the impurities and the dirt clogged to your hair and thereby helps in getting rid of oily hair.

5)   Look for these other ingredients that will help to treat oil hair:
Lemon, cider vinegar. These work wonders in treating the oily hair.

Shampoos that are for all hair types can be great for normal hair. But here your concern is finding the shampoo that best nourishes, cleans and smooths your normal hair. Look for shampoo that are high in natural proteins, as they will nourish your hair making it healthy. If you are looking for hair growth then watch for the shampoo that has sulphur in it, as the sulphur boosts growth of the hair. Shampoos that contain Almond oils works good for normal hair keeping it shiny and bouncy.
