EGG AND YOGURT HAIR PACK:

Protein rich food EGGS. Yes eggs are meant to be the most effective ingredient to moisturize your hair. Take one egg and mix half a cup of yogurt and mix well with a fork. Apply this mixture on your scalp and hair, wait for 30 minutes and then rinse off your hair with your shampoo, use cool water to shampoo your hair.

 FENUGREEK SEEDS HAIR PACK:

Fenugreek seeds are rich in proteins, iron and vitamins which are beneficial for hair growth. Take a handful of fenugreek seeds and soak them in hot milk for 2 hours. Now grind the soaked fenugreek seeds into thick paste. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt and olive oil to the paste and mix them thoroughly to form a smooth paste. Apply this mixture to your scalp and hair. Let this mixture sit on your hair for at least one hour and then wash your hair with your regular shampoo. You can use this particular hair pack for one or two times in a week to achieve healthy, soft hair.

BANANA HAIR PACK:

Take one over ripe banana and 3 table spoons of yogurt and blend them into fine smooth paste. Also mix few drops of any essential oil to the paste. Apply this paste all over your scalp and hair. Wait for 1 hour and then wash your hair with cool water as usual with your shampoo.

COCONUT MILK HAIR PACK:

Take a cup of coconut milk and add 2 to 3 spoons of besan or gram flour to it. Mix well to form a fine paste and also see that no lumps are formed and then apply this paste to your hair. Wait for 15 minutes and then rinse off your hair with shampoo

AVOCADO HAIR PACK:

Avocado is very beneficial as it moisturizes your hair with the fatty acids which are present in them. Take half ripe avocado, one egg and 2 table spoons of olive oil. Mash the ripe avocado and add egg yolk and olive oil to it. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and apply it on your scalp and hair. Cover your hair with shower cap and wait for 30 minutes. Then rinse off your hair with your regular shampoo.
